Image carousel unexpectedly scrolls after interaction #491

If the user interacts with the image carousel, we should disable auto-scroll (until we show the next card) because they can have an interaction like:

Swipe right (to card 2)
swipe right (to card 3). Oh that was interesting!
Swipe left to (to card 2 again).
Autoscroll to card 3. I was looking at that!
