Grayish layout on twitch.tv when changing the video's progress #1214

Steps to reproduce

Open browser and go to https://www.twitch.tv/ThePocmo.
Play a video.
Forward into video through the progress bar.

Expected behavior

No grayish layout displayed while video resume playing.

Actual behavior

Grayish layout is displayed until video resumes playing.

Device information

Android device: Samsung Galaxy S9 (Android 8)
Reference Browser version: R-B 1.0.2022 (Build #21500607) GV: 78.0a1-20200528032513

Note: When doing this in Chrome, no grayish layout is present.

Issue still reproducing with Sony Xperia Z5 (Android 9) on R-B 1.0.2023 (Build #21550609 GV: 78.0a1-20200601093812) Note: It only happens for the already live videos. On a live video you will not see this happening.
