No reaction on <input required> #2499

Steps to reproduce

By building any "input required" Tag in HTML there's no reaction on the actual interpretation of the browser.
It's easy to reproduce on https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml5_input_required by using the Firefox for Android 118.1.0.

Expected behavior

Message to user when Edit-field is empty e.g.: "Please fill out this field."

Actual behavior

No reaction at all

Device information

Android device: Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G
Reference Browser version: 118.1.0

@usfabsl The Reference Browser does not have such a version number, but Firefox. Please use https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Fenix to report bugs in Firefox for Android.
