I stumbled upon this while looking at https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/fenix/pull/16764. I know Chenxia used to know the procedure, but I don't know if she and I are the only ones.

Note: I had to re-enable merge commits because github's "resolve merge" feature created a merge conflict so I couldn't rebase. Will disable them again.
