May want to point at the Kotlin resources I mentioned. It doesn't hurt to throw in some newsletters, videos, and podcasts under a further reading section.

@colintheshots I was intending to create a separate doc for kotlin, #14, and I write them both at the same time to save time (it takes a surprisingly long time to write good docs!). I'd like to get to that tomorrow, if I have time.
