Issue #70: Add Android testing documentation. #71

The documentation now describes the basics of testing, of testing on Android with the libraries we use, and some best practices. It can be improved by explaining:

how to override the application in each test type
how we override the ServiceLocator (maybe in FFTV docs)

@liuche Please be highly critical – I want these docs to be really useful to the team!

@liuche The README in this repo is blank so I linked to this from the CONTRIBUTING_code page. I'll also link to this from the Firefox TV README.
