Context

We need to understand and document what policy requirements we must meet in regards to data collection, retention and deletion. And, what we are planning on implementing for the new experience.

  4. ... identify if this list is missing scenarios!

I've produced a draft of the doc here.

We will be producing some diagrams to outline additional edge cases that we have not figured out yet.

I think we can close this. We've documented the edge cases, and moved on to the diagramming stage.
