We need to conduct a design audit of the website and product, so that we can create UX and content improvements based on prior research & current product vision.

Requirements

Audit should consider the following topics:

• Throughout the website and product:
  • Plain language and clarity. Are technical concepts understandable?
  • Differentiation between how we speak to different audiences?
  • Is the next step clear?
  • Clarity and precision of product vision. Does the brand reflect it?
  • Accessibility (screen readers)
• Specific stages
  • Clarity of onboarding

• @Sydettemozilla and @mkhandekar both to complete audit independently, adding notes directly on the screenshots in the audit
• Meet on Wednesday
• Identify follow up tasks to ensure we're covering our bases

Acceptance criteria

The design audit leads to a prioritized list of tactical improvements we can make now vs later
