457 add forgetpw #541

This PR adds the forget password flow to Edit email and Edit Password in account settings. It also fixes several smaller bugs #461, #522, #531, #534

am getting an "Email not verified." error on the Account Settings screen for an account that has been verified.

Ah yes! I was testing something and forgot to put back to default. Thanks.
