The Sign-Up Page is Not Responsive [Bug] #632

The new sign up page is not responsive

To Reproduce

  1. Go to https://members.rally.mozilla.org/signup
  2. Decrease the width of the screen or go to inspect element, click on the mobile screen icon, select different screen widths
  3. The cards do not stack

Expected Behavior The cards should stack in one column to be responsive as width decreases
