Publish the Chrome-version of the extension to the Microsoft Edge Add-ons store #432

The 0.5.2 version of the Chrome extension appears to be compatible and works with the Microsoft Edge browers. Users can currently download from the Chrome store, though they need to enable downloading non-Edge extensions. Uploading to the Edge Add-on store will eliminate this additional user step.
