@JohanLorenzo fixed https://github.com/mozilla-releng/mozilla-version/issues/62 so we can now leverage some of that in bouncerscript to reuse the code, to check if two versions are successive, before we bump the nighty-latest locations (both in Firefox for central and Fennec for esr)

This it to track that.
