[Mobile]The detailed information panel should be closed when swiping down from top section of the screen or using the dedicated key #11

Currently it can be closed by swiping down but also by tapping on different parts of the screen, for example under the Temperature, Humidity, Conditions layout. Also tapping on the graph, depending on where it is closed.

Not sure if that should be that way, since sometimes just changing from Day to Week in the graph the panel is closed but as a user I was not expecting that.

UX: A back button will be added. Also the screen should not be darg back down unless doing it from the top section of the screen. Adding bug label according with latest comment
