Reading the Licensing Runbook, we can even use CCO:

Trivial bits of code, including reduced test cases, code snippets or examples in documentation should simply be placed in the public domain, per the Creative Commons Public Domain Dedication (CC0).

Let's start with Apache 2.0 for now and if we can in the future, make Dockerflow public domain if appropriate.
