FMD Lets User Submit Passcode Even if Passcode State Changes

STR:

• Make sure phone has no passcode.
• Go onto FMD website.
• Click Lost Mode, enter a note, click next.
• You should be at passcode page.
• While on passcode page, set a passcode on your device.

Expected: FMD website should pick up the fact that passcode = true, and should prompt the user that they cannot set a passcode when there already is a passcode when they try to 'Lock Device'

Actual: FMD website gives the user the impression that they have successfully locked their phone with their own passcode.
