e.g. in https://app.circleci.com/pipelines/github/mozilla-services/autograph-canary/27/workflows/e41fa1ce-8584-4d8a-9794-ba3e267f5647/jobs/28/parallel-runs/0/steps/0-104 the addon test fails and the lambda fails, but CI doesn't.
