Remove ECDSA signer #1948

This implementation is not used, and in my opinion beyond providing an example of a signer custom implementation, it does not bring much value.

The ecdsa dependency could be removed too.

In the integration tests, we use this ECDSA to verify the signature. But we have https://github.com/mozilla-services/python-autograph-utils which could do the job

Giving up on this, the ECDSA signer could be helpful for simple setups without Autograph
