Merge all functional/integration tests together after #1953 is merged #1964

Once https://github.com/mozilla-services/kinto-dist/pull/1953 is merged, we should combine the functional signer tests into the whole integration testing suite, as suggested my @leplatrem https://github.com/mozilla-services/kinto-dist/pull/1953#pullrequestreview-829030783.
