Add support for getting component from email body #17

Stackdriver doesn't support adding tags but with these changes we can use its email output with Component: whatever-id somewhere in the body.

Closes https://github.com/mozilla-services/pagerstatus/issues/14 and closes https://github.com/mozilla-services/pagerstatus/issues/15.

@robotblake this is mergable, but for bonus points you could document using it in https://github.com/mozilla-services/pagerstatus#configuring-your-monitors-alerts
