Meta: Update various CI to use new docker login #71

Per https://github.com/mozilla-services/syncstorage-rs/issues/854, we need to update all the CI to use the new Docker Login auth tokens.

This needs to be done before early November.

Note about velocity and weight:

While this was rated as a "2", i'd note that it was applied to 7 projects. Not sure how to categorize that.

Removing tokenserver since work is in place to move this under syncstorage-rs
