This should fix #330 and hopefully #314 although there's a possibilty the markdown needs to fixed again because Bugzilla sees it differently than me.

I'm going to land this after https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D206653 sits for a few days and I have some more confidence things will go smoothly...
