Remove code from the previous parser generator #357

As we switch to a new parser generator ( https://github.com/mozilla-spidermonkey/jsparagus/pull/347 ), we should remove all the code from gen.py which is no longer used.

@nbp Hi Nicolas. Does this issue have to be added to the MVP?

I think this is a nice to have, but not urgent. It might be something to be done while waiting for something else to complete. I'll add it to the reserved list.
