CI for current ESR branch and "next" branch #12

We should have builds run automatically for the latest ESR releases, and for the latest stable Firefox releases on the next branch.

The point of the former would be to know when things get broken for embedders, and the point of the latter would be to notice when the SpiderMonkey API changes so that we can put it in migration docs.
