Unify test suite names #40

The test coverage ETL and the unittest ETL generate two different types of suite names. Ensure the two pipelines generate standard suites names that can be compared.

In the "test-coverage" case, the "test.suite" is coming from https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/testing/mozharness/scripts/desktop_unittest.py#792. We could add more data from there if needed (e.g. flavor).
