Do a triage of our sign up form #338

Check for outdated content, miss-leading information and update it accordingly

Done!

Changes below:

  1. Added another filtering question for web literacy focused clubs. "What do you want to do with your campus club" options teach -> redirect to MoFo Mozilla Clubs (section 9). build -> continue
  2. Added a question about whether you want to register a second club captain that allows ppl to skip the second CC form if they don't want to register a second cc.
  3. Deleted the "executive" section.
  4. Changed wording for MoFo clubs re-direct to say "You might be more interested in the non-campus or teaching focused Mozilla Clubs. Please go to the Mozilla Learning Website to apply!"
