Emails support to community #374

Objective Goal:

Provide support to the Campus Club members over email based on the emails received.

Hi @psubhashish , as we discussed in the first time you started doing community support, are there any important question which are not captured in our FAQ?

@bacharakis this FAQ doc is definitely useful but there was a need to have drafted responses as there are a lot of patterns of the kind of questions asked. So I created the database which is something I am using on a day-to-day basis. BTW is that possible to have the FAQ as a subpage of the Campus portal. It looks little distracting to me when someone has to go to a different place to read the FAQ and needs to come back to the Campus portal for all other works. Just a recommendation for an easier workflow.

I do agree that it would be great to embed the FAQ in the portal but by doing that we would lose the ability users to leave their comments. I don't argue the creation and use of another database. I am just asking that based on your current experience while working on community support, did you face any significant questions which are not captured in the FAQ? If so can you please highlight them, write a couple of lines as answers and share them with me in order to update the FAQ?
