Replace map with a list #462

Not all Clubs are visible in list. I think there should be both map and list too.

Thanks for your feedback @waiseman . Currently on the website are the Clubs you have successfully filled reports for the past months.

Now regarding the map, we had a lot of issues in the past maintaining it. There were a lot of cases where the address provided by the Club Captains was putting the Club on a really different location on the map. As the result, people were unable to locate Clubs on the map.

That's why we decided to move forward with a list having only the active Clubs present there.

The list table format is not so good its problematic while interacting...........we should use some JS dataTable to enhance user experience.
