Losing advanced colors #1041

I don't get this every time, but after restart I've found that the colors applied to the side bar (in particular) are not retained. Also, the tab that shows these "advanced" colors doesn't appear to load them from a saved theme. Re-applying the theme does appear to fix the first, but not the second, problem.

Could you provide the exact steps to trigger this problem?

I'm running Nightly, so I generally update several times a day. When I restart Firefox, this happens. Mostly. I just applied another update and it happened.
