While scrolling bug arises #961

While working on issue no 883 I found that while scrolling there is a bug arise with .theme-colors-editor__picker

I watched the video a couple of times, but can't see anything wrong with it. Could you explain what you believe to be wrong?

sir, open this web extension, then go to advanced color and select any of its options, then after selection, scroll down the screen then you will see that after scrolling the option will disappear and according to me it will not disappear while the user scrolling down the screen.

This doesn't happen due to scrolling, but due to unfocusing the selected color.

This is working as intended.

Screenshot (121) if the user want to scroll down to see more options or to see anything else then after scrolling or while touching the scrollbar the whole panel will disappear

and @Rob--W one more thing sir, when user small the tab size then after scrolling it will look like this and user unable to create their fav theme
