Alpha values of popups are not consistent

The Popup Background alpha value seems to be inconsistent in some instances. This usually makes it difficult to read the contents for some popups. For example, the popups for the hamburger menu (Figure A) and site information (Figure B) displays a higher alpha value compare to the popups for microphone permissions (Figure C) and bookmark (Figure D).

Could you open a new bug report at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ in the Firefox product > Themes component? This is not a bug in Firefox Color.
