Missing Menu bar colors #987

Yes, I know, nobody is using it any longer. I might be the last old school around I guess. Still, it is an option that can be still activated in Firefox, so why not support it. When you don't you are basically voting it to become EOL. Well thank you for your negative vote then and letting me feel excluded. So here is my positive vote to keep supporting Menu bars also in this tremendous customization tool and not let it go EOL. Thank you!

Another reason is that I tried to make the menu text color light on dark background but did not find that setting among the many. There is namely no dark theme available in the add-on collection that would be suitable in that aspect.

Could you explain what you are referring to? It's not clear how your comment applies to this theming tool.

I am a Firefox user that did not find a dark theme that would show the menu bar with light text. Then I discovered the link at the end of the theme manager: Build your own theme with Firefox Color.. I first tried to use the tool on the website to create a theme that would suit my needs: the menu bar with light or white text. I start with a preset theme that is dark, but no Menu bar is visible in the preview. Somewhat disappointed already, I continue browsing through the custom color options, then the advanced options, but nowhere do I see something like "Menu bar text color" or any mention of Menu bar. I am fully disappointed now, but wait I see two icons at the bottom right. I click the Github one and arrive at this project and the issue tab allows me to post this request.

While responding I discover that the tool is an add-on. So I installed the add-on and tried to customize the Menu bar text color, but it is the same problem that no color setting exists for that.

Is the Menu bar text color not part of the theme that you don't see that it applies to this tool?

Somebody suggested it is an issue with the Linux version. See this thread.
