Add option to configure geofence radius and set multiple geofence locations #424

Two additional features for geofencing which would be nice to have:

  1. How huge is the radius around the geofencing area? You cannot select it manually, yet.
  2. And you cannot select more than one location for geofencing, yet.

Can be reworked together with #423 possibly.

Just a small comment re: https://github.com/mozilla/MozStumbler/issues/424#issuecomment-35522504, #423 was already merged in but did not address the issues in https://github.com/mozilla/MozStumbler/issues/424#issue-27891597 to :
