Required:

[ ] Wait for M3 (#409)
[ ] Prepare a presentation
[ ] Get feedback from the council
[ ] Organize two dates (at different hours) to present the content to the Reps and record this live presentation/training
[ ] Add captions to the video
[ ] Recruit localizers, give deadline
[ ] Gather work from localizers
[ ] Share the video presentation with Reps and encourage them to watch - reps-general, Discourse, Matrix, and Social Media
