[x] Prepare a description of what are the new Role and activities for the mentors
[x] Prepare a template to conduct once-a-year mentor-mentee meetings
[x] Prepare a guideline for communication with mentees
[x] Guidelines on how the council ask mentors to communicate updates to their mentees
[ ] Communicate about this new materials/guidelines to the mentors

First communication was done, but reinforcing the communication is necessary. I am leaving this one open until we have done that.
