Close down social media accounts related to Reps

Goal:

All social media accounts/groups are either closed down or a notice is added on them that the program is no longer in place

Required:

• [x] reps twitter is deactivate (owner @couci )
• [x] note on reps facebook is added (owner @couci )
• [ ] note on reps tumbl is added (owner @ioana-chiorean )
• [x] note on reps linkedin group (owner @couci )
• [x] close down the reps trello board (owner @plwt )

Mh, not sure how useful a note on there actually will be. I'd say it is fine without and we can close this issue.
