Okay since this package is clearly inactive, I figured it out issues of instances where the Tensor Flow programme is unable to discover a `CUDA`, usually a` CUDA 10`, or a 11, and it becomes especially confusing on a WINDOWS SUBSYSTEM OF THE LINUX
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib/wsl/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
And, you will have better luck using TTS python wrapped TensorFlow training programmes that are updated.
There's a whole lot. Some are better than others. I got this one to work:
Mozilla Deep Weirdos? You gotta update your packages and close them.
For example Github allows you to archive your projects.
Example Archive that occurred because I wanted to do a PULL request and instead of Approving it the package mainter archived his package and told me to fuck off
