Display contexts on webapp and --help in same order with COMMON_CONTEXTS & defined in query/recipe #116

Hi @ahal I updated the code to make sure the contexts order does not only follow the order in COMMON_CONTEXTS but also the order defined in query/recipe (specific contexts).
