This KR might involve iterating on improvements and measurements/studies to achieve the objective. Engagement is measured as Top Site CTR and total positive interaction (@emtwo is there a precise definition for this?)

Blocked on 'screenshots' experiment. We need run it, synthesize results. (March 10)

If we don't see a lift in engagement with the screenshots experiment, we would need to do more experimentation to get root cause on the difference in engagement.
