This KR is about passing most of the integration and talos tests, and having an excellent estimate about remaining Q2 work required to get us to 100%

Performance was measured with original add-on and resulted in a change in plan to system-addon so that performance impacts can be minimized. Still lots of work to do for actual addressing performance in the new add-on.
