Wrapping up the Places schema change and the related API development. Will be moving to the review phase shortly.

Review process and performance benchmarking exposes us to some schedule risk (because PlacesDB)

Sync team has given us the go-ahead call, all A-S related metadata will not be synced in Firefox 57.
