Let's get our builds running in the Mozilla build system. This will reduce our dependency on GitHub automation and will enable easier collaboration.

(we removed test automation from this quarter)

Node itself and the mirrored directory structure will be in the tree this quarter, but we will unlikely actually get our builds happening there this quarter.
