Cinder - changes which should be tracked

[x] ~~Ignore/Approve action is not available.~~ Changes have been made into https://github.com/mozilla/addons/issues/1787 Approve is a separate action from Ignore, present in every queue and sends the emails to the reporter with a right to appeal. Ignore has now 2 sub-policies which send an email to the reporter without the right to appeal, changes have been made on the email drafts.
[x] "Online gambling" subpolicy for Acceptable Use is not available. - decided to be removed by Legal
[x] leftside pannel for collections is not displayed. Lindie issue is in backlog. Metadata is not missing, Reports tab displays only the last report in case of multiple but all reports are present in AMO Report tab from Relationships.
[ ] Escalate to Legal - clear out how it should work, there's no such queue in Cinder yet
[x] The role of AMO Ignore in reporter (while testing https://github.com/mozilla/addons/issues/14777 for rev tools) or author Appeals is unclear. Content stays disabled , emails are not sent. Cinder registers the action as "Appeal adjustment"
What did you expect to happen? ->10/31/2024 Ignore action is now functional from both sides: Cinder and rev tools

I'll try reporting them in Lindie as well - done

These are reproducible in dev and stage queues.
