Sentences in a string arranged not logically #1811

Describe the problem and steps to reproduce it:

Reported by community contributor (may not be limited to these two): The string should start with a general statement followed by specific action.

1). https://pontoon.mozilla.org/he/amo/all-resources/?string=201683 Add encrypted security to any site that supports HTTPS. Browse securely.

2). https://pontoon.mozilla.org/he/amo/all-resources/?string=201705 Only allow web content to run from sites you trust. Surf securely.

What happened?

What did you expect to happen?

The two sentence in each string should be swapped to make logical sense.

Since this is coming from Discovery content cc'ing @devaneymoz

In the Discovery Pane admin I only see one of these bits of copy: "Add encrypted security to any site that supports HTTPS. Browse securely." And that's the copy we want there.

I'm unclear where the other bit of copy is coming from or located? "Only allow web content to run from sites you trust. Surf securely."
