Older rejected version cannot be unrejected #2015

Describe the problem and steps to reproduce it:

For this listed add-on multiple versions were rejected, including auto-approved confirmed version 0.0.1.3 . At a second review version 0.0.1.3 was compliant, but there was no option to unreject the version.

What happened?

As the version could be not be unrejected be reviewers it had tot be set manually to Awaiting_Review from the server.

What did you expect to happen?

Reviewers are expecting to be able to unreject any versions they rejected.
