Upgrade react-router to v5 #2085

This will replace https://github.com/mozilla/addons-frontend/pull/9532. We'd like to update to the latest version of react-router. This may require quite a bit of work, so I've opened this separate issue for it.

Hey @shadowoflight, this isn't a good issue to get started with. :)

To work on an AMO issue, please take a look at our onboarding materials and then find an issue tagged [contrib: good first bug](https://github.com/mozilla/addons-server/labels/contrib%3A%20good%20first%20bug). You can work on any issue that is not currently assigned or has not had any activity within the last 2 weeks.

@caitmuenster @bobsilverberg I joined Mozilla's Matrix to keep in touch with you guys (Display name: Pedro Fonseca(@pedro-fonseca:mozilla.org)). I could not find a "good first bug" to work on it as my first contribution. Could I try to update the react-router to version 5.2.0(latest)?

Hey @PedroFonsecaDEV! We'd prefer it on an issue labeled good-first-bug if you're new to contributing code to this repo. :)

I do see that there's currently a shortage of good-first-bug issues for this repo. We will be triaging more potential good-first-bugs this upcoming Monday, if you're willing to wait a few days. Otherwise, there are a lot of other really great Mozilla projects with open issues on Codetribute! I would encourage you to check out some of those projects if you want to jump in before our team's next triage. The DevTools folks are particularly lovely. :)
