Stable version of Fenix can install non-preview Android extensions from AMO #2204

Describe the problem and steps to reproduce it:

It looks like it's possible to install any extension that supports Android on the stable version of Fenix by visiting the "/firefox/" version of the extension's AMO URL.

  1. Visit https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/ipvfoo/ on the stable version of Firefox for Android (120.1.0, Build #2015989146).
  2. Tap "Add to Firefox".

What happened?

The extension will installation will complete.

What did you expect to happen?

Installation should have been blocked ahead of general availability on December 14th.

This issue was originally reported on the Mozilla Add-ons Discourse.

Note that visual artifacts in the attached screenshots appear to be caused by an Android emulator bug.
