Update `fonttools` and regenerate fonts #2210

fonttools is now at 4.50.0, but we're pinning at <4.44.1 (https://github.com/mozilla/addons/issues/14731).

Let's upgrade and regenerate the fonts, making sure everything still works. Notably, the fonts should not increase in size, and the small subset for main locales (Inter-roman-subset-en_de_fr_ru_es_pt_pl_it.var.woff2) should still be the only font required for 99% of the pages in those locales.
