What happened? Clicked on link and was taken to a 'we could not find the page' error screen.

What did you expect to happen? Taken to a Firefox site to 'try something new in Firefox'.

@NurdBurd we aren't sure what URL this is about, if you can give us some more details, we can point it the appropriate team. It isn't about addons-server, although the link may have appeared on AMO page, its actually from a part of Firefox.

I also got this after the update to 49.0.1, and the (broken) link target of "Learn More" is: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/shield_study_5%26utm_campaign%3Dshield-study-context-graph-v1 This loads a 404 page which directs you to file an issue here.

"Get it now" links to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/shield_study_5?source=heartbeat&surveyversion=52&updateChannel=release&fxVersion=49.0.1&isDefaultBrowser=1&searchEngine=ddg&syncSetup=0&type=button&flowid=6f4a[...] (flowid looks like a UUID, so I redacted it in case it's personally linked to me, but I can provide if needed.)

Normandy had this variable configured to https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/shield_study_5&utm_campaign=shield-study-context-graph-v1. Notice the & instead of ? for the query string. I've updated the config to have the value of https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/shield_study_5?utm_campaign=shield-study-context-graph-v1
