Allow deleting a review reason from the activity log #8602

For the mozilla/addons#8553 Reviewer Statistics Improvement project, it would be great to delete a reason from the activity log. The use case is that a reviewer may have selected too many reasons, and we want to remove one entry from the activity log to accommodate. This can be within the admin.

@bobsilverberg I tested this with an admin account, "Delete" button is available and entries can be deleted from the list one by one.
