The original prototype supported deployment to the stackato.com private Paas.

This was removed, changes:

stackato.yml removed
Environment variables were renamed (STACKATO_FILESYSTEM_BUILD,VCAP_APP_PORT, etc)

This support could be re-added via a new repo, a stackato branch on this repo, or ???.

I don't think there is a need for this, after all.
